Yes. As long as your scheduled time has not already passed, you can reschedule your trip by calling our office at 602-828-0826. A $5 rebooking fee may apply.
Ticket Information
Your ticket should be emailed as a PDF to the email address you provided at checkout. If you have not received the email yet, please check your junk or spam folder and ensure your inbox is updating. If you still have not received the email after 30 minutes, please call our office at 602-828-0826 or email us at info@ride37.com. If you received the email but did not receive an attachment, please call our office at 602-828-0826 or email us at info@ride37.com.
If you are unable to make your originally scheduled trip, you can get a full refund if canceled within 24 hours after purchase. As long as your scheduled time has not already passed, you can cancel your trip by calling our office at 602-828-0826. A credit will be issued if it has been 24 hours since time of purchase.
