Cancelling your ticket:
All RIDE347 tickets may be rescheduled any time prior to the scheduled departure time on your boarding pass. You may keep the full value of your ticket as RIDE347 credit in your account. You can use this credit for future travel with RIDE347.
Credits are valid for 365 days from the date they are issued. Tickets may not be cancelled nor will credits be issued after your scheduled departure time has passed.
